She was predeceased by: her father John P. Kopchak, Sr.; her sister Gail Bilicska; her brother-in-law Charles Bilicska; and her niece Cheryl Bilicska. She is survived by: her mother Florence Kopchak of Wallington; her brother John Kopchak (Cheryl) of Park Ridge; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Bilicska, Suzanne Bilicska, Lauren DeSopo (Rob), Kayla Kopchak, Tyler Kopchak, Matthew DeSopo and Nicholas DeSopo.
