He was predeceased by: his parents, Kazimierz Niemiec and Katarzyna Niemiec (Bryia). He is survived by: his wife Danuta; his stepsons, Gregory Tenderenda (Ewa) and Martin Tenderenda (Eva); his grandchildren, Victoria, Anthony, Emily and Jamie; and his brothers, Wladyslaw and John Niemiec.
