He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his daughter Patricia Pyryt; his parents, John and Sophie; and his brothers, Frank, Edward, Robert and Casmir.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Thomas (John); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Santangelo (Robert), Rachel Thomas (Matthew McCrickard) and David Pyryt.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Kamienski Funeal Home (106 Locust Ave, Wallington, NJ 07057). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Cemetery (120 Saddle River Ave, Garfield, NJ 07026).
