She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otto Fox and Gertrude Fox (Kelly); her husband John Kennedy; her children, Margaret Groovenhoff, Deborah (Brian Warner, Tina) and John (Cherilyn Kennedy); her grandchildren, Patricia, Julia, Alexis, Alicia, Jabari and Jade; her siblings, Danny (Carol Fox) and Ann Fox; and her pet Rocky. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
