He is survived by: his mother Barbara Modzelewski (Strzelczyk); his sister Anna Kubasek (Chris Borkowski); his nieces and nephews, Maya and Kasper Kubasek; his aunts, Malgorzata Strzelczyk and Zofia Zieba; and his cousins, Bart Strzelczyk, Iwona, Beata, Hanna Dolegowski and Greg Kociubinski.
