He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Posluszny (Mroz); his children, Laura (Carl Cinardo), Paul (Susan Posluszny) and Janice Posluszny; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Stacie Renee, Jessica, Kyle and Brianna Rae; and his great grandchildren, Sarah, Liam and Conor.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church grand hall restoration fund, are appreciated.
