He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Emily and Paul; his parents, Paul Zulkowski and Catherine Zulkowski; and his siblings, Henry and Stella.

He is survived by: his children, Linda Zulkowski of Fair Lawn and Beverly (Bernie Desbiens); his close friend Michael Niemiec; and his wife Irene Henry (Kaspriskie).
