She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Breznak. She is survived by: her sons, Bill (Lisa Breznak) and Thomas Breznak; her granddaughters, Nicole (Michael Carnevale) and Kimberly (Edward Tuccio); and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Katelyn Carnevale, Brandon and Isabella Tuccio.
