He was predeceased by: his wife Claudia. He is survived by: his wife Jack Rakestraw of Easton, PA; his son Jon Michael Rakestraw of Wall; his grandson Max William of Jackson, NJ; and also Phyliss Rakestraw of Easton, PA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
