He was predeceased by: his wife Paola Azzollini (Ghilardi); his parents, Felice and Isabella; and his siblings, Elisabetta Germinario, Giacoma Camporeale, Rose Muti and Vito Azzollini.
He is survived by: his son Phillip; his daughter-in-law Robin Azzollini of Dobbs Ferry, NY; his daughter Gemma; his son-in-law Scott Doster of Sea Girt; his daughter Sandra; his son-in-law Josh McKinley of Ocean Twp; and his grandsons, James and Christopher Doster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
