He was predeceased by: his parent Theodore Vilardi. He is survived by: his parent Jacqueline Vilardi; his wife Jeneane; his children, Thomas Jr (Cara) and Tyler; his grandchildren, Thomas III and Bryce; and his sisters, Barbara Vilardi and Victoria Donato (Jerry Donato). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
