He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Burghart and Helen Burghart. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Burghart (Lauren) and Peter Burghart (Yumiko); his grandchildren, Miku, Caroline, Will and Kaya; his close friend Kathleen Holland; and his siblings, Lynn Riccetti (Victor) and John F. Burghart (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
