It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miriam Toohey of Wall Township, New Jersey, born in Oxford, Iowa, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas B. Toohey; her siblings, Doris Barnes, Thelma Kolar, Jane Dostal and Robert; her sister-in-law Lee Meade; her children, Nancy Giegerich (William), Patrick Toohey (Patti), Michael Toohey (Luanne), Nora Duerr (William), Richard Toohey (Kathleen), William Toohey (Debra), Joseph Toohey (Carol), Theresa Toohey, Todd Toohey (Karen), Okinawa, Robert Toohey, Eileen Kirk (Christopher), Thomas Toohey (Holly), Mary Toohey and Sean Toohey (Vanessa); and her niece Mary Catherine Gerlach (Toohey) of Eatontown, NJ.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
