She is survived by: her husband George Fay; her siblings, Denise Wade, Eileen O'Brien and Anthony Ward; her son-in-law Shannon (John Murphy); her son Justin; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Fay; and her grandchildren, Emma, Kate, Roan, Clare, Declan and Aiden.
