He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mullins and Sally Mullins; and his brother-in-law Dan Trezza. He is survived by: his wife Judy Mullins of Wall Township; his children, Marissa Mullins, Meryl (Mark Salinas) and Michelle (Dan Spengeman); his grandchildren, Marsalie, Maeve, Lillian, Nolan and Maybelle; his siblings, Sally Trezza of Middletown and Jack; and his sister-in-law Karen Mullins of Middletown.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Maliszewski Funeral Home (218 Whitehead Ave, South River, NJ 08882). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary of Ostrabrama RC Church (30 Jackson St, South River, NJ 08882). A burial was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
