He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Witte and Elizabeth Witte; his in-laws, Leon and Doris Heulitt; and his sister Marion.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Witte; his children, Stephanie Nietupski (Richard), Charles Witte Jr. (Colleen), Christopher Witte (Thuan) and Scott Witte (Brenna); his brother Douglas Witte; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Ashley, Lucas, Millicent, Madeleine, Hailey, Gavin and Alexander. He is also survived by his three sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
