He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Lanchantin (VanHook); and his parents, William E. Lanchantin and Lillian Lanchantin (Long). He is survived by: his children, William E. Lanchantin (Lesley), John J. Lanchantin (Kristine), Richard Lanchantin (Diane) and Suzanne Mills (David); his grandchildren, Adrienne (Matt), William E. (Jacqui), Colin, Laura, Daniel, Jack, Alex, Shawn Rose, Matthew, Holly, Jennifer (Simon), Abigail and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Sadie, Evan, Sam, Eli and Elise.
