He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Boutwell and Caroline Boutwell (Wightman). He is survived by: his daughter Rosana Mawson (Skip); and his granddaughters, Abigail DiGioia (Dominick) and Sadie Mawson (Jordan Arndts). He is also survived by four beautiful great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
