We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2021, at the age of 39, Timothy A Owens of Vineland, New Jersey, born in Bridgeton, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Sandy Navone and Gary Navone; his grandparents, Dorothy and Robert Fullerton; his wife Jaime Manel; his children, Cayden and Kayla; his stepdaughter Jill; his siblings, Matt, Amanda, Stacey (Ryan) and Sonia; and his nieces and nephews, Cheyenne, Arya, LillieMae and Cameron. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, family is asking donations be made to Jefferson Neuroscience or Elk Township Little League.
