He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Horvath; his parents, Michael Horvath and Julia Horvath; and his sisters, Tessie Schrettner and Marge Braun.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen J Horvath (Susanne) and Shirley Meyer (Hal); his grandchildren, Jason Peck (Suzy), Stephen Horvath, Meganne Peck and Sophia Horvath; his great grandchildren, Samantha Peck, Patrick Frey, David Peck, Juliana Smaniotto, Hunter Perrine and Myles Peck; his sister Kay Fordham; and his close friend Harriet "Lorraine" Fregona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
