He is survived by: his husband Joseph Hollish of Orlando; his parents, Ron Green and Mary Green of Vineland; his siblings, Paula Leo (Edward) of Glassboro and Ken Green (Kim) of Vineland; his nephew Kenny Green (Sarah); his nieces, Renata Leo (Dan) and Kayla Green (Sam); and his great-nieces, Colbie and Freya.
