He is survived by: his father Holland Hess; his wife Denise Kinzel Hess; his children, Christine Vezquez (Miguel) of Vineland, Jennifer Merritt (Castorlino) of Vineland and Frank Merritt (Vanessa) of Vineland; his siblings, Donnie Hess and Mary Dye; and his grandchildren, Miguel, III, Victor, Jacob, Alicia and Castorlino, III. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
