He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Woolbert-Shipley (Les) and John "Jack" Dawson; his siblings, Fred Shipley (Margaret) and Shirley Pompper (Bill); his in-laws, Michael and Marguerite Possumato; and his brother-in-law Christopher Possumato (Debbie).
He is survived by: his daughter Catherine Shipley (Tommy Williams); his wife Marcia Shipley; his sisters, Barbara Watson (Joe) and Betsey Donelson (Kenny); his sister-in-law Teresa Smiley; and his grandchildren, Michael (Williams) and Eleanor "Pudding" Williams. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Rone Funeral Service (1110 E Chestnut Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
