He is survived by: his spouse Eldean Ahlquist; his children, Eldin Polhamus and Tracy Ushler Hoffman; his grandchildren, Heather Sharp, Charlie Sharp and Kristina Ushler; and his great grandchildren, Jerry Evans, Alexzandar Evans, Elainna Bell, Rosalie Sharp, Tobie Elliot and Fred Polhamus.
