She was predeceased by: her children, Iris Milagros Rodriguez, Placido Rodriguez and Raymond Rodriguez; her parents, Magdalena Valentin Vila and Ramon Vila; her grandmother Pilar Mercado; her aunt Marianna Munoz; and her brother Enrique Valentin (Quique).
She is survived by: her son David Anthony Figueroa; her brothers, Jose Valentin (Adelaida) and Milton Vila Sr. (Patricia); her aunt Conchita Figueroa; her grandchildren, Sergio, Justin, Brandon, Samantha Lee Figueroa, Tasia Marie and Brianna Nicole; her great grandchildren, Thaliya, Malaya and Justin Jr. Figueroa; and her daughters, Irma Valentin Gorbig and Millie Parrilla. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand/great nieces and nephews.
