He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Thomas L. Watkins, Rodney A. Watkins, Woodrow W. Mugrauer and Mark A. Watkins; his grandchildren, Kayla Watkins (Ryan), Mark Watkins (Dannah) and Shawn Watkins (Melanie); his great grandchildren, Cameron Allen-Taylor, Sophia Allen-Taylor, Everleigh Allen-Taylor, Lane Watkins and Cole Watkins; his siblings, Delores Chard, Robert Chard (Jeannie) and George Chard (Sharon); and his sisters-in-law, Connie M. Dail and Dorothy Howard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
