He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, Keith and Shelly Fantasia; his grandchildren, Arabella and Leonardo; and his siblings, Leonard Fantasia, Lillian Goellner, Cathy Kimberlin and Alice Hogan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
