He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Banko and Henrietta Banko (Cienik); and his sister Rita. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; his children, Lauren (Sarah) of Pitman, NJ and Nicholas (Katie) of Bluebell, PA; his sister Patti Kinel; his brother-in-law John of Newton Falls, OH.; and his pet Lacee.
