He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Garfole (Giovinazzi); and his grandparents, Albert "Cookie" and Margaret Giovinazzi (Buglio). He is survived by: his father Petro Garfole (Pete); his sister Deneen D'Ottavio (Edward D'Ottavio); his nephew Nicholas D'Ottavio (Taylor D'Ottavio); and his niece Melissa D'Ottavio.
