He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramona Medina and Carlos Santiago Sr.; and his brothers, Santos Marquez and Carlos Santiago Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Astrid Lopez, Blanca Gomez, Jose "Payo" Santiago, Awilda "Tatita" Santiago, Luz Marquez, Carmen Baez and Waldemar Santiago; his sister-in-law Mary Pagan; and his children, Marisa "Tita" Santiago, Evette "Evie" Santiago, Luis "Pipo" A. Santiago Jr. and Angel Santiago.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home (2755 S Lincoln Ave, Vineland, NJ 08361). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Siloam Cemetery (550 N Valley Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360).
