He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Chris Ballentine (Lauren) and Rebecka Ravior (Chris); his mother Helen Mathis; his sisters, Jerri Stokes (Jim), Laura Howell and Michelle Gwin (Howard); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Andrea, Damien, Logan, Annabelle, Vincent, Abel and Elizabeth. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
