He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Mildred Bailey and Henry Davis; his grandparents, Ethel and John Winchester; his wife Lora Winchester; his children, Tanaya Tukes (Willie) of Sicklerville, NJ, Kavon Jones (Kamron) of Mechanicsville, MD, Daneen Winchester of Vineland, NJ, Iyana Winchester of Vineland, NJ, Chrystal Adams (Laron) of Dennisville, NJ, Kevin Winchester Jr. of Sicklerville, NJ, John Winchester of Vineland, NJ, Brian Winchester of Elmer, NJ and Yarnell Nock (Stanyell) of Springtown, NJ; his siblings, Leverna Robinson of Charolette, NS, Kimberly Staples (Walter), Shelly Thomas (Kenneth) of Millville, NJ, Mildred Davis, Samantha McClendon of Vineland, NJ, Lance Winchester (Charlene) of Seabrook, Kenneth Waldon of Millville, NJ, Larry Everett of Rockingham, NC and Steve Thompson of Vineland, NJ; his close friends, Paul Peterson, James Farrow and Albert Hannah; his granddaughter Alaya Winchester; and his brothers, Brian Bailey, Timothy Winchester and Vernon Everett. He was also cherished by 37 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chestnut Assembly of God (2554 E Chestnut Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at the Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
