He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Martinez and Alejandrina Arlequin; his siblings, Carmen Valentin, Jose and Ramon Martinez; and his son Angel Luis Martinez "Luly".
He is survived by: his siblings, Luz Ortiz (Boregal), Genoveva Pratts (Johnny) and Frodicio Ramos (Mildred); his grandchildren, Chris, Freddy, Jaymarie, Goldo and Latisha; and his children, Carmen M. Rivera (Jose), Anita Zabala, Noel and Albert Martinez.
