Collazo, Joel Collazo, Chastity Torres (Joey Purificato), Anthony Collazo and Cristina Collazo-Herrera (Chris Herrera); his sister Millie Howard; his brother-in-law Larry Howard; his sister Angeles Rios (Puerto Rico); and his uncle Isidro Collazo. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
