Jaime Luis Hernandez Obituary

Jaime 'Jimmy' L. Hernandez, 58, of Vineland NJ suddenly passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021 peacefully in his home. Born in Aguadillia, Puerto Rico, he worked for most of his life for the Vineland Board of Education as a school bus driver.

He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and he was well known for his humor and lovable nature. A few of his passions included being a DJ, doing photography, and watching movies. He was a loving husband, father, son, uncle and brother.

Jaime is survived by his mother, Angela Cardona; two sisters, Maria Hernandez and Erica Flores; two brothers, Henry Hernandez and wife Annamarie and Raul Hernandez; his loving wife, Flor of 30 years; four beloved children, Joshua, Jeremy, Jamie and Janelle; and two grandchildren, Marlie and Keanu who kept him feeling young. He will be truly be missed by his nieces, nephews and his entire family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Segundo Hernandez.

A visitation will be held to celebrate his life and open only to family and close friends on Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave, Vineland. Burial will be private.
