She is survived by: her children, Thomas Loatman Jr., Charles Pernell Loatman Sr., Stephen Loatman, Anna Elizabeth Mills of Delaware, Bertha Loatman, Lydia May Dacosta, Doris Isabel Downing, Stephanie Yvette Loatman, Aretha Anne Caldwell, Terri Denise Grantham, Kim Marie Turner, Juanita Alicia Loatman and Estelle Loatman; her sons-in-law, Lonnie Mills of Delaware, Clifford Downing, Ron Dacosta, John Caldwell and Dewayne Grantham; her brother Harry Luther Jones (Sunny); and also Nissa Loatman. She is also survived by 38 Grandchildren; 47 Great grandchildren all of NJ, a host of nieces, nephews.
