He was predeceased by: his father Sam Hoffman; and his siblings-in-law, Meyer, Bertha Silver and Larry Silver (Roberta). He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Ellen Jennings and David Hoffman (Jacqueline Davis); his grandsons, Aaron and Matthew Jennings; his brother Sheldon Hoffman; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Hahn (Peter). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
