He is survived by: his son Greg; his brother-in-law Bill Bernhardt; his wife Denise Sayell; his children, Gregory Sayell II and Ashley Sayell; his nieces and nephews, Billy Bernhardt (Lisa), Kelly Francis (Marty), Hope Angelastro (Chris), Holly Ottinger (Chip) and Ernie Bernhardt (Megan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colette, Shane, Corinne, Brooke, Jaxx, Elliana, Jake of Jagger, C. J., Chad, Ernie and Braxtyn; his sister Patricia Lodge; his nephews, Seth, Aaron and Josh; and his pets, Lee and Prime. He is also survived by seven great-great nieces & nephews.
