She was predeceased by: her parents, Juana Negron and Francisco Morales; her granddaughter Iysis Marie Diaz; her close friend Pedro Figueroa; her siblings, Jacob Morales, Carmen Resto and Evelyn Negron; and her grandmother Dolores Santos.
She is survived by: her children, Johanna Ocasio (Ruben), Carmelo Diaz (Krissy) and Arnaldo Diaz; her grandchildren, Nyasia, Aliyah, Davina, Carmelo Jr., Kayla, Kamila, Jaidyn, Thaliyah and Gigi; and her great grandchildren, Aniyah, Kehlani, Zariyah and Anthony Jr.. She is also survived by one brother; four sisters and a large extended family.
