He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Amari and Catherine Amari. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Amari (Everett); his children, Kathryn Amari (Jeremy Hart) of Allentown, PA and Michael Amari (Shana Kingsley) of Catskill, NY; his sister Judy Tamagni (Albert) of Vineland, NJ; his in-laws, Earl and Nancy Everett of Hilton Head, SC; and his brothers-in-law, Jess Everett (Denise) of Hickory, NC and Mark Everett of Little Falls, NJ. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jerry's honor to Redeemer Lutheran Church, American Farmland Trust, or The Levoy Theatre.
