He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Smith. He is survived by: his mother Carol Smith of Millville; his sister Pamela; his brother-in-law John Spahn of Boyds, Maryland; his niece Courtney Spahn; his nephews, Christopher and Rory Spahn; and his cousins, Susan Kilsby, Sally Saltzbart and Brian Lejeck.
