He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Kollock, and Marlboro Kollock, Sr.; his wife Alice Adams; his siblings, Louise Bland, Marlboro, Jr. and James Kollock; and his son Sinclair Bluitt.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Lewis (Dawn) and Camille Lewis of Millville, NJ; his stepson Herbert Lee Bell, Jr.; his sister-in-law Katherine Kollock; and his friends, Sissy Wilson, Courtney Gates Jones and Shonda Jones. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
