He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hovsepian Sr. and Eunice Hovsepian; and his nephew Jeffrey Alyanakian. He is survived by: his wife Maria Hovsepian; his children, Edward Hovsepian (Stephanie Hovsepian), Steven Hovsepian (Angela Rodante) and Melissa Stasuk (Douglas Stasuk, Jr.); his grandsons, Douglas Edward Stasuk (Leanna Stasuk) and Andrew Stasuk (Emma Hood); his sister Alice Alyanakian (Charles Alyanakian); and his niece Jill Tanenbaum (Jay Tannenbaum).
