He is survived by: his children, Crystal Lord (Eric), Joanna Lewallen (Steve), Charles Lewis (Kristi) and Paulamarie Michael (Eric); his grandchildren, Andrea, Cheyenne, Sofia Lewallen, CJ Forgan, Charlie Lewis, Summer Morello and Jace Michael; and his friends, Robert Johnson Jr., Rusty Parrish, Bernice Forcinito and Erica Hewitt.
