She was predeceased by: her parents, Elena Lopez O'Neill and Ramon O'Neill; and her siblings, Leonardo O'Neill, Ramon O'Neill and Luz O'Neill.
She is survived by: her siblings, Manuel O'Neill, Hipolito O'Neill, Gloria O'Neill of Puerto Rico, Teresa O'Neill of Puerto Rico, Aracelis O'Neill and Doris O'Neill of Bridgeton; her children, Hernando Perez (Kimberly), Lillian Lugo (Halflo), Madeline Galan (John) and Yolanda Perez of Vineland; her grandchildren, Christopher Lugo (Sarah), Madison Lugo, Sean Mercado (Becky), Joseph Galan (Dara), Graceline Galan, Nathan Nieves and Miranda Nieves; her grandpup Atticus; and her great grandchildren, Sean Mercado Jr., Camila Mercado, Alaina Lugo, Ivy Lugo and Milani James.
