She was predeceased by: her father William Haywood, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Betty Haywood (Gandy) of Millville, NJ; her fiancé Bob Maslinski of Avoca; her daughter Amber Woods (Mark) of Essex Junction, VT; her brothers, Alfred "Al" Gandy (Theresa Rodgers) of Millville, NJ and William Haywood, Jr. of Port Norris, NJ; her granddaughters, Kaylee, Madelyn Woods and Scarlett DePalma-Stroud; and her stepchildren, Bob DePalma and Ashley DePalma. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Betty's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made the Lupus Foundation of America.
