He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Baldwin and Ervin Williams; and his grandmother Sara Jane Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Marion Baldwin of Vineland; his children, Valerie Williams of Vineland, Michelle Steele of Vineland, Erica Baldwin of Vineland, Tiffany Mitchell (Baldwin) of Vineland and Arbria Baldwin Jr. of Vineland; his stepchildren, Danielle Morgan of Vineland, Tina Mutcherson of Vineland, TiffanyMutcherson Mutcherson of Vineland and Brandy Mutcherson of Vineland; and his siblings, Carolyn McCrimson of Vineland, Joann Lockhart, Ervin Baldwin (Jean), Ricky Baldwin of Vineland and Larry Davis of Ohio. He is also survived by 8 sister-in-laws, 6 brother-in-laws, 19 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
