He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas D'Ottavio and Fernanda D'Ottavio; his wife Janice D'Ottavio (Giglio); his sister Beatrice; his brother-in-law John Corsiglia; his brothers, Edward (Mary D'Ottavio) and Nicholas (Grace D'Ottavio); his parents-in-law, Peter and Catherine Giglio; and his brother-in-law Anthony Giglio.

He is survived by: his son Bruce; his nephew Wayne (Sharon); his daughter-in-law Angela D'Ottavio; his daughter Karen D'Ottavio; and his granddaughter Lauren D'Ottavio (Matthew Weinstein). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

Everyone is asked to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
