It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian McNeal (Vincentown, New Jersey), born in Woolwine, Virginia, who passed away on November 10, 2022, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Houchins and Mary Houchins; and her daughters, Cheryl Adderley and Constance McNeal. She is survived by: her son Charles McNeal Jr.; her grandchildren, Christopher Billups, Lisa Billups, Shawn Adderley, Kia and Nina McNeal; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Clark, Hazel, Justin Billups, De'Layah, Dailynn Adderley, Levi, Natalie Clark and Judy Wilson.
