“Mrs. Firneno or "Aunt Nancy" was a tremendous influence on my life as a guardian angel of sorts for me as a young Crusader. She always kept an eye out for me and helped me navigate the social, academic and other dynamics of being a teenager. She was tough and honest while also being generous and deeply caring. I will always remember getting my "letta swetta" and she knew how much it meant to me. I remember being with the "cousins" at the house. Wonderful memories. Thank you and rest well.”
